Martin Cowie, MD is Professor of Cardiology at Imperial College London, UK and Honorary Consultant Cardiologist at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London, UK. His studies and reviews have been featured in a variety of peer-reviewed journals and he has contributed chapters to many books and written a book for patients entitled "Living with Heart Failure - A guide for patients".
