Dr. Klok is an Internist Vascular Medicine specialist. He treats patients with abnormalities of the blood pressure (low blood pressure or hypertension), vasculitis, dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, abnormal bleeding tendency and thrombosis. He is particularly specialised in diagnosing and treating venous thrombosis (deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism). He also works as supervisor Internal Medicine at the emergency department of the Leiden University Medical Center, Leiden, the Netherlands.
